Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents. It's the best way to protect your belongings and gives you peace of mind from the moment you move in.

The approval process may vary due to the credit, rental, and criminal screenings that take place however our team strives to provide an answer.

Yes, we offer as short as 6 month leases.

Yes, anyone over the age of 18 years old, who will live in the apartment, must be screened.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

The deposits are credit based and start as low as $200 and may be equal to one months rent.

Utilities are separate and are not included in the base rent.

Residents are responsible for choosing the electricity and renters insurance provider of their choice. We recommend Reliant Energy and Assurant for ease of setup.

Acceptable payment methods are cashiers checks in office, or online ACH payments conveniently available in the resident portal.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Upon move in, please ensure to have your certified cashiers check matching the amount listed on your move in quote, proof of renters insurance, and proof of electricity. That's it!

While we do not allow subletting, residents to have the option to transfers after occupying their home for a minimum of 6 months.
Prior to moving out, a 60 day written notice to vacate is required. Other requirements may apply should you move prior to your lease end date.

Amenities & Lifestyle

We offer a fully loaded 24 hour fitness center, a spacious Co-Working Lounge with WIFI, Two Bark Parks, and a FREE Carwash Station. In addition to those amenities, we have our sparkling pool with plenty of outdoor loungers, two kitchen islands with gas grills, an outdoor private bathroom, an outdoor tv, and a fire pit! There is so much to love at our community!
Most amenities are available 24/7 with the exception of our pool. The pool hours are 10am-10pm daily.
Unfortunately, we do not have any private spaces available for reservations.
Yes, our Wi-Fi extends across our clubhouse, amenities, and the pool.

Yes, our community offers free first come first serve parking, as well as detached garages and carports.

Yes, we have four EV chargers located conveniently throughout the parking area and they are free of charge!
At this time, we do not have a desigated area for bikes.
We are partnered with Fetch Package Services. They are a wonderful resource to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.

Yes, we do have breed restrictions, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, and Akitas. We also partner with OurPetPolicy, which screens and registers all animals to determine if they meet our community criteria or qualify as an ESA.
